SLEDD Series – Construction& Control

Robust Construction

The SLEDD series is designed for unmatched durability, ease of use, and dependable performance. Each chamber is hydrostatically tested as per standards and undergoes rigorous inspections with traceable calibration reports. The internal chamber, lid, and all wetted parts are fabricated from high-grade stainless steel, supported by a single-lever pronged closure system using a specially designed silicone gasket. Assisted lid lifting, smooth castor mobility, and a modular panel design ensure easy access and convenience in daily operation.

Advanced Control System

At the core of the SLEDD series is a secure PLC-based control system that offers precise control accuracy and user flexibility for sterilizing various load types efficiently. The main controller features a dual LED display that shows temperature in 1°C resolution and time in minutes, ensuring accurate monitoring. A digital drying timer with a range of up to 99 minutes enhances cycle customisation and improves overall sterilization efficiency.

SLEFA Fully Automatic Autoclave Series

The EQUTRON SLEDD series, autoclaves are offered with unique single lever lock for lid. These Autoclaves give total sterlisation flexibility for health care industry like hospital, clinics, Health care centres & hence are sometimes referred to as Medical Autoclaves. These Medical autoclaves are provided with sterilization temperature range up to 135°C & drying facility. These medical autoclaves are offered in three sizes 50, 75 & 100 ltr capacity.

  • Spring-loaded safety valve for over-pressure protection.
  • Pressure interlock on door to prevent accidental opening.
  • Independent self-resetting thermal safety cutout.
  • MCB for electrical safety.
